Dai Renshi Tony Nicol.
I started my training at Morayfield under
Tasshi Paul Baruzza (Kamikaze dojos) who at the time was
a 4th Dan and held the teaching rank of Renshi.
In 1993 Tasshi Paul moved his dojo to Narangba were we still
train today.
I achieved my black belt (shodan ho) at SENJO on the 19/6/1994.
On the 18/6/1995 I achieved full shodan (1st Dan) and
also was awarded my sempai rank (lower instructor).

One and a half years later(1/12/1996) I passed my 2nd
Dan (nidan) grading. I was awarded my dai sempai
rank (upper instructor) on the 25/3/1997.
1998 saw the opening of my Morayfield dojo
starting with 2 students this did not take long to change.
On
the 29/11/1998 I passed my 3rd
Dan
(sandan) grading.

Not
long after, I was awarded my sensei (Teacher) rank. which
enabled me to create my own club patch.(Toza dojo)

In
January 2000 I moved the dojo to Caboolture showgrounds as we
had out grown the Morayfield hall.
Senjo 2001 I was brought through to probationary
4th Dan and title of Dai sensei.
